I was so impressed with his blog that I decided that it would be a good idea to interview him and then write about it. So last September, I contacted him - he agreed to the interview - and I sent him a list of questions. What I found out shocked me - I am terrible at interviewing - I ask boring, boring questions - so that article never materialized.

But I did get the quote at the beginning of this article, and I also found that we have quite a lot in common: • we started in social media and blogging at about the same time • neither of us is American (he is Australian, I am Canadian) • we were both teachers in our former lives • both grew up water skiing • both enjoy cycling • and our blogs...
