Good choice if you are brand new to strength training, or exercise in general. Disappointing for me, as an experienced fitness professional who is always looking for more effective exercises to add to my repertoire. I was taken in by the hype on this one (should have known better). There was absolutely nothing new or revolutionary here, just basic stuff that anyone with a solid background in kinesiology would already know.
